Background Ugbome Maureen is an academic staff in the Department of Mass Communication , University of Delta, Agbor. She began her academic sojourn at Army Children Primary School, Effurun in 1986 from where she proceeded to Army Day Secondary School, Effurun in 1992. She then proceeded to the Delta State University, Abraka where she obtained B. A. (Mass Communication, 2003 and M. Sc. (Mass Communication, 2021). She is currently a P. hD student ( Mass Communication) of the Delta State University, Abraka. She started her career as an Administrative Officer with the defunct College of Education, Agbor in 2007 where she rose to the position of Senior Assistant Registrar in 2019. She was converted to an academic staff in 2022 when the College of Education, Agbor was upgraded to the University of Delta, Agbor. She is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, University of Delta, Agbor.
